1 year at gül koc

Construction tasks consist of a variety of different challenges. Creativity and sensitivity in dealing with building specifications are just as important as technical understanding, organizational skills, perseverance and team spirit in order to achieve the best possible results together with clients, planning partners and companies.

My year at gül koc was an excellent opportunity for me to take responsibility for all the planning processes of a private renovation project and to gain in-depth experience in project management. The independence with which I was able to work as a planner was of great value and a particular motivation for me.

The other projects I was able to gain an insight into were also exciting and varied.

A great strength of the team is efficiency in project implementation, especially in the area of store fitting. The close customer support and friendly collaboration with contractors, which is part of the office philosophy, is reflected in the high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty in the collaboration.

The wide range of different construction tasks and services offered by the office promotes a varied working day and, thanks to the close networking of the team, allows a deep insight into the diversity of interior/architectural planning services.

Employees are deployed and promoted according to their individual strengths and qualifications and are given an all-round view of other projects and processes through team meetings and joint workshops.

I found the large and small team events (new year’s parties, birthday parties, in and out parties, Christmas parties, etc.) particularly valuable, as they strengthen and deepen the team spirit and friendships in the office on a regular basis. The good atmosphere in the team and the mutual support have created an inspiring and stable working atmosphere, which is sustainable as a collegial network even in the face of technical challenges and time constraints.

I would like to thank Gül and all employees for an eventful and exciting year together and wish everyone continued success and fun with the upcoming projects!
