Townhouse München
Team gül koc GmbH came in the middle of construction of this 3-storey residential project which at the time was facing numerous challenges and unfulfilled expectations. At Townhouse, we inherited a dream that needed more than the beautiful vision of the Client and the former interior designer.
The engagement of a new Swiss interior architecture office – Atelier Chiavi led to the formation of a new team and collaboration with us. The task required dedicated artisans, expert technical team, and a passionate commitment to excellence.True to our nature, it was a challenge our Team fully and gladly accepted knowing the bigger challenges ahead. Our managing director and seasoned Interior Architect herself organized the ‘new’ execution team and lead what remains of the old team of seasoned professionals. These teams needed to possess not only the technical expertise but also the ones that shares our commitment to deliver quality and meaningful projects.
With every detail meticulously planned by the Swiss interior architecture office – Atelier Chiavi and our attention to detail and execution, Townhouse evolved from a construction site full of hurdles into elegantly detailed and executed residential home that fulfills its original promise. Today, it stands as a symbol of resilience, teamwork, and craftsmanship, where every room tells a story, and every corner showcases our dedication to precision and quality.
