Villa NI

This three-storey villa project is located on top of Kazdağları hillside of Altınoluk’s area of Balıkesir. Called “Ida” in ancient civilization, it is believed to be the birthplace of Zeus. Kazdağları being one of the most important natural elements of the region, allows for a rich soil and plant life. The design aims to capture the region’s history and the natural tones of the region. This is particularly characterized in the intentional and harmonious arrangement of neoclassical elements such as Doric columns and natural stone cladding for its façade design.

Its architecture allows in as much natural light as possible, providing the interior a view of the natural beauty of its surroundings. The careful selection of quality materials native to the region not only provides timeless sophistication but also allows for sustainable and economical building solution. Taking advantage of the rich soil, the garden is designed not only for plants and flowers but mostly to nurture vegetable and fruits. A most natural environment that complements the architecture and provides the homeowners not only extra food but the joy that comes with cultivating the land and the environment where they live day after day. Truly, an idyllic living experience in the heart of nature.
