Nestled in the neighborhood of Balikesir, Türkiye, this three-storey residential project aims to achieve timeless elegance and luxury. The owner’s specific taste for classic and meticulous craftsmanship led us to design this residence to be a testament of the owner’s refined taste.

The exterior facade, adorned with intricate detailing, commands attention with its harmonious blend of symmetry and ornamentation. Doric inspired columns frame the grand entrance, leading to a double-door entryway especially designed to give a grand welcome to the homeowners and their guests.

The house offers a series of carefully planned interconnected living spaces, adorned with timber panelled walls and ceilings including large glass windows and doors, opening to a lush green garden. Each room is a showcase of bespoke furnishings, opulent wall finishes, and artful decor, curated to evoke a sense of timeless sophistication.

Outside, the landscaped gardens provide a tranquil escape, with stone pathways leading to a pristine swimming pool. The combination of lush greenery, water features, and elegant outdoor furnishings creates an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and entertaining.
